Member Update 6/11/20

You are now able to reserve time slots 72 hours in advance for our Lap Lanes, Group Fitness Classes, Recreational Pool, Child Watch, and the Fitness Center. If you made a reservation and need to cancel, please reach out to us by calling 864-527-5948 or by sending a Facebook message to our Kroc Greenville Facebook Page.

What’s Open?
  • Child Watch: Child Watch is open with limited spots per hour via our reservation system. Please read our updated Child Watch Policy. During this time, only one family of children will be in each classroom during each reserved time slot. If you are bringing multiple children, you only need make one reservation as a time as your children will be in a classroom together.
    • Child Watch reservations lineup with Fitness Center reservations; if you are attending a Group Fitness Class that overlaps with available time slots, you make book two consecutive time slots. Reservations are available 72 hours in advance. Please do not book more than two slots per day so that we may serve as many Members as possible.
  • Day Passes: We are open to Day Pass Users. Day Pass Users must also reserve slots for the Fitness Center, Group Fitness Classes, and the Recreational Pool. Please click here to visit our reservations page. Visit Kroc Greenville during your reserved time slot; you will be required to purchase a Kroc Day Pass upon arrival. Please note, we cannot guarantee space for anyone who does not reserve a time slot online.
    • Day Passes are currently on a temporary special for $5/guest. If you book more than one time slot in the Recreational Pool, you will be required to purchase a second day pass. Children two and under are free.
  • Recreational Pool: Our recreational pool is open. It is the responsibility of all adults to ensure that swimmers stay six feet apart while using the Kroc Rec Pool. You must reserve a time slot online for each individual swimmer. Time slots will be available for reservation 72 hours in advance for 45-minute time slots. The pool is open at 25% capacity at this time.
  • Reserve a Family Birthday Party: We are thrilled to announce that are booking small-sized birthday parties during available time slots (Saturday Time Slot: 12 PM–1 PM, Sunday Time Slot: 3 PM–4 PM). Fridays are available upon request. Please reach out to our Events Team for more information.
  • Lap Lanes: Lap Lanes are open to Kroc Members for reservations.
COVID-19 Guidelines: Help Stop the Spread
  • You’ll see some health screening question sat the front doors. By entering the facility, you are agreeing that none of these health concerns apply to you.
    • Please stay home if you have tested positive for COVID-19, are awaiting test results, or are showing any symptoms. Please do not return to Kroc Greenville until it is safe to be around others. Please visit the CDC website here for more information.
    • Please stay home if you have had close contact with a suspected or confirmed COVID-19 case in the past fourteen days. Please visit the CDC website here for more information.
  • Anyone entering the building will have their temperature taken via a no-touch thermometer. If your temperature is at or over 100.4, we cannot allow access to the facility per SC guidelines. Please stay home if you have had a fever in the past 72 hours.
  • All Kroc Staff will wear masks in the building unless conducting Kroc Group Fitness Classes. We strongly encourage Kroc Members to wear masks when possible, but this is not mandatory.
  • Showers are not available at this time. Lockers and Locker Rooms are available.
  • We are spreading out! Fitness equipment will be located in the Spin Room, Fitness Center, Kroc Cafe and Hallway to allow for distancing. Please remember to wipe down your machines when you are done working out.
  • Please make sure you are reserving spaces online to help ensure we are not exceeding our limited capacity during this time.
