Developmental Play on a Dime with Nicole Guttermuth of The Parenting Place
Play has lifelong benefits: It supports your little one’s brain development and helps to strengthen their communication skills. Play is actually one of the primary ways your child communicates with you and others. It is how they learn and work their way through the Cycle of Mastery to become confident learners. Perhaps the best thing about play is that parents don’t have to spend a lot of money on toys and gadgets to play with your children and provide all the developmental benefits listed above. This workshop will focus on ways to play with your child in a hands-on, beneficial way. Learn to recognize when your little one is ready to play, and get tips for using every day, inexpensive items to make it happen.

Navigating Motherhood Gathering by Reproductive Journey at Kroc Greenville!

This FREE gathering is open to any mom with young children (infancy to preschool age) wanting to feel better, connect and share experiences during the journey of motherhood. Each week a postpartum expert will highlight a specific topic and share tools for coping and healing while still allowing time for socializing and supportive sharing. Our goal is to give you a private, safe space to enhance your well-being and socialize with other moms who “get it.” Babies under 12 months are welcome in group with mom.
