Let us make your child’s special day memorable for the entire family.

  1. Make your birthday party exceptional! Splash with family and friends in our zero-entry pool, complete with a play structure, fountains, and a giant slide.

  2. Complete your party experience with fresh pizza, chicken tenders, or other kid-approved foods from our Kroc Kitchen. 

  3. Keep the party going with pool, ping pong, or foosball while enjoying birthday cake in our game room.

Conference Center space is also available for rent.

Party Q&A | Frequently Asked Questions

No, Kroc Birthday parties are currently only held on Saturdays due to high demand for corporate and community events during the week and on Sundays; although, we hope to expand availability in the future. 

Yes, we welcome you to add personalized decorations 15-minutes before the time entering the party room while guests enjoy their time in the pool. 

No, birthday parties include your choice of pizza, chicken fingers, or other kid-friendly options.
We are unable to allow outside catering for these events but welcome you to bring your own cake and individually packaged party favors. 

Guests should arrive 15 minutes prior to start time to check in at the front desk, complete waivers, and receive their pool wristbands. 
Entering through the appropriate door and checking in ensures our team can maintain safety and building security. Thank you for your cooperation! 

Kroc Birthday parties have a 10-guest minimum and 25 guest maximum. 

Adult spectators who will observe birthday festivities but not enter the pool are not included in your guest count. 
Adult chaperones supervising children ages 5 and under are included in your guest count at a discounted rate. One chaperone can supervise up to three children. 

Kroc party pizzas include 8 slices and are 16" in size, comparable to a standard large.

What you will have access to:

  1. Rec Pool - 1-hour in our rec pool consists of an indoor aquatic playground, water slide, and open pool space.
  2. Outdoor Splash Pad & Playground - 1-hour on our outdoor splash pad & playground is the perfect way to finish off the fun. 
  3. Rec Pool Only - 2-hours in our rec pool consists of an indoor aquatic playground, water slide, and open pool space.

Rates:

  • Children | $8 Per Child for Private Groups | $6 Per Child for Qualifying Non-Profit Groups
  • Chaperones | FREE
  • Lunch | Chicken Tender and Fries or 2 Slices of Pizza (both come with a drink) $6

Field Trip Q&A | Frequently Asked Questions

Kroc Field Trips take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Available time slots:

9:00AM - 10:00AM (POOL) & 10:00am - 11:00am (SPLASH PAD)

10:30AM - 11:30AM (POOL) & 11:30am - 12:30pm (SPLASH PAD)

12:00PM - 1:00PM.(POOL) & 1:00pm - 2:00pm (SPLASH PAD)

Weekend field trips are not available as our facility is at capacity with member families, birthdays, and private rentals.  

Our recreation pool capacity is 50 people. Chaperones who will not enter the pool do not count towards this number. 

One Chaperone is required for every five children, ages 5 and under.
For every 15 children, ages 6 and older, one chaperone is required. 

Private field trips are $8 per child. 
We offer a non-profit rate of $6 per child for qualifying groups.

**Additional $2/child if choose REC POOL ONLY option**

Chaperones may participate at no cost. 

A non-refundable deposit, 50% of the projected field trip cost, is required in advance to reserve your date and time slot. 
We are unable to accept booking with less than 30-days notice. 

The remainder of your cost is due 14 days prior to your field trip date. 
We reserve the right to cancel your reservation if payments have not been made within this timeframe. 

Due to staffing and facility costs, Kroc Greenville does not typically process refunds for or reschedule field trips.

On-site Kroc staff, including Aquatics team members are unauthorized to discuss scheduling and payment conflicts. 

Yes, all children participating in Kroc Field Trips must have waivers complete and submitted in advance to enter our facility.


For safety and security, we are unable to allow anyone without a waiver to participate.
Our team will cross-check its roster to ensure this policy is upheld. 

DHEC safety regulations stipulate that our lifeguards are unable to allow anyone into the pool "until at least 30 minutes after the last lightning is sighted or thunder heard." We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause but are committed to keeping all participants safe.
