NEW CLASSES: Kroc Fit - Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9:00 am. The 10:00 am Boot Camp class is in the Kroc Fit Box.

JUNE NEW CLASSES (Click on the name for full description): ARISE Fridays at 11:00am (members, non-members, and children), Cardio Kickboxing Mondays at 10:00am, Summer Barre Tuesdays at 9:45am, and Holy Yoga on Sunday's at 3:00pm (non-members welcome!)

  • Cycle Core A fun challenging 45-minute ride followed by 15 minutes of core exercises.
  • Cycle Fit An exciting mix of endurance, strength, hills, and drills! this class is sure to increase your fitness level.
  • Les Mills RPM  A 45-minute journey designed to take you to your cardio peak!
  • Silver Cycle Designed for active older adults! a challenging, low-impact workout that is easy on the joints.
  • Les Mills SPRINT This Les Mills cycle class mixes a series of sprints with rest periods for a high-intensity cardio challenge. A full workout in only 30 minutes!
  • Pedal & Pump This 30 minute session offers  cardio and strength, promising a unique experience. A combination of calorie crushing hill climbs plus dumbbell sets to build muscle!
  • Barre Rooted in ballet and Pilates, this upbeat class provides posture, flexibility, and a full-body workout! No barre/dance training required.
  • Pilates Based on the work of Joseph Pilates, this class is a series of non-impact exercises to develop strength, flexibility, and balance.
  • Yoga  Yoga incorporates balance, meditation, and stretching. A great way to increase core strength, flexibility, and peace of mind. 1/2 – Begin/Inter 2/3 – Inter/Advanced All Levels – For everyone Flex – Weights Added.
  • Yo-Ba-Chi This fun and exciting fusion class is a blend of yoga, ballet, and Taiichi. Participants will strengthened through balance, coordination, and focus!

Les Mills BODY PUMP The original LES Mills barbell class that will sculpt and strengthen your entire body!

Boot Camp Look for a challenge? Boot Camp combines cardio, strength training, and bodyweight exercises. Each class showcases a different style of high-intensity training to push your workout!

Les Mills CORE This Les Mills 30-minute class focuses on the linkage between the upper body and lower body – our CORE muscles – which are essential for nearly all movements. Ideal for tightening your core while also improving functional strength.

Fit Kids Parents, let us keep the kids active while you take some time for yourself! This class incorporates a variety of kid-friendly fitness activities and games. Ages 6-10.

Les Mills GRIT  This high-intensity interval class combines strength training, core work, and sports conditioning to improve athletic performance.

Silver Sneakers  Silver Sneakers is the nation’s leading exercise program for active, older adults. This class is focused on fitness, friends, and fun!

Zumba Non-stop cardio dance class! Combination of fast and slow rhythms using Hindi, American, African, and Latin beats.

KrocFit is open to all Kroc Greenville Adult Memberships (18+). Participants must complete an intro class before attending regular classes. Reservations are required and may be booked up to 3 days in advance.

  • SilverSneakers  Classic – Music based exercise designed to increase strength, range of motion, and cardiovascular output.
  • SilverSneakers Strength – All major muscle groups will be worked in this class.
  • SilverSneakers Circuit – Skills such as cognitive thinking, balance, coordination,  and reaction time are exercised.
  • SilverSneakers Yoga –  Breathing and balance are worked on through different series of modified yoga poses. 
  • Silver Cycle  – This indoor cycle class is perfect for all levels who are looking for a low impact activity. 
  • Aqua Fitness – Improve cardiovascular endurance without putting stress on your joints.
