PARTY LIKE A KROC STAR!

Parties at the Kroc Center are a great choice for children of all ages! All parties include 60 minutes of play in the pool or bounce houses, and 1.5 hours in the private party room for 25 children. 

2.5 Hour Splash Bash Party Schedule Example

 

12:00 - Group meets in the Café area; proceeds to the pool.

1:00 - Group exits the pool.

1:05 - Change in locker room (Party Host to set-up room).

1:05-2:30 - Party in the Kroc Party Room.

STAR PARTY

$15 /PERSON*

  • Choice of party theme.
  • Plates, napkins, forks, cups, and tablecloths provided.
  • 1 hour and 30 minutes in the private party room.

SUPERSTAR PARTY

$17 /PERSON*

  • Choice of party theme.
  • All Star Party benefits included.
  • Two slices of pizza/person and lemonade with a refill.

SPLASH BASH PARTY

  • Access to zero entry pool.
  • One adult must be in the water, within arms’ reach, for every three children (5 and under).
  • Water slide requires guests to be 48” to ride.

BOUNCE BASH PARTY

( + $100)

  • This seasonal option includes choice of 2 inflatables: 12’x16’ bounce house, 11’x32′ obstacle course, 34’ long RJ Krocodile, or 23’ Slide.
  • Access to playground and splash pad (weather permitting).
  • Socks are required for bounce house time.

GENERAL PARTY FAQs

DO I INCLUDE PARENTS WHEN I’M COUNTING MY GROUP SIZE?

No need! If they’re just coming to watch, you don’t have to include them in the group count. However, if you’re ordering catering, don’t forget to count adults if you plan on feeding them!

WHAT IS THE PARTY HOST ALLOWED TO BRING?

As the party host, you may bring a dessert option such as cupcakes or cake (don’t forget the candles)! For pool parties, you might want to bring extra towels. If you bring party favors, please do not distribute them until the end of the party.

CAN WE BRING IN OTHER FOOD AND DRINKS FOR OUR PARTY?

No, you may only bring your dessert and party bags. We can keep your dessert items refrigerated upon request. Any additional food or beverage must be ordered through our Catering Department and will need to be finalized the Wednesday before the scheduled party.

WHAT TIME MAY I ACCESS THE KROC BIRTHDAY PARTY ROOM?

You may access your party room no more than 15 minutes prior to the scheduled party room time. Upon request, we will provide a safe place for you to store your party items and gifts during the activity, as party room time is limited to 90 minutes.

ARE WE ALLOWED TO BRING IN PARTY DECORATIONS?

Due to the limited amount of time that you have to prepare your party room (10-15 minutes), we suggest that the decorations be kept as simple as possible. Items we recommend would be balloons and small table arrangements. No glitter or confetti, please.

BOOKING & CANCELLATIONS

  • A party host is available to assist with your event, including check-in, signing waivers, set up, and clean up. Any items left in the room will be disposed of by the Kroc Center.
  • Party room location subject to change due to availability.
  • Two week notice is required to book parties and one week required to order food (order no later than Wednesday to avoid fees). Food count cannot be altered on the day of event.
  • Full payment is required the Tuesday before your party, with a deposit of $50 due the day you book. Your reservation is not complete until deposit payment is received.
  • In event of a cancellation, a full refund will be given as long as the party is cancelled two weeks prior to party date. Cancellation with less than two weeks’ notice will result in loss of deposit.

GENERAL POLICIES

> Each party includes 1.5 hours in a private party room and 1 hour of the chosen group activity. Once the group has begun their activity, they will no longer have access to the party room. Set-up is allowed 15 minutes prior to party start time.

> The Kroc Center provides the tables, chairs, refrigerator, sink and counter space. You supply the party materials, including plates, forks, napkins, decorations, party favors, etc. You are welcome to bring your own cake/cupcakes, individually wrapped ice cream treats, enclosed beverages and table cloths.

> Approved Food/Drinks include: Pizza, Enclosed Beverages, Cake/Cupcakes & Individually Wrapped Ice Cream. Pizza can be delivered to The Kroc Center Front Desk. Please clarify that it is for a birthday party and add birthday child’s name into the delivery instructions.

> Party room must be cleaned up by the end of the scheduled hour and a half. Tacking decorations on the walls or windows is not permitted. Please no glitter or confetti.

> An event attendant will be available to assist you with needs you may have during the party.
