Kroc Sports FAQs

We provide medallions for each player at the end of season, included in registration fees. These awards are specific to the season's sport.

In most cases, we don't accept requests when assigning teams, but you are welcome to contact us with special circumstances you feel should be considered in our decision making.

Registration fees cover the costs of jerseys, awards, referees, and miscellaneous supplies.

Most of our coaches are other volunteering parents or Kroc members who we have invited to participate in coaching.

If the number of registrants allows, we hold skills days to determine ability levels and build balanced teams that promote fun play for all.

Until the second week of a season, you may request a partial refund. After that, any approved refund requests will be processed as credits to your Kroc portal account for application to future programs.

In case of inclement weather, a decision will be made at least one hour prior to the first scheduled game of the day. Unless conditions are severe enough to result in standing water or flooding, we do not cancel practices or games due to rain. One advantage of a turf field is that play is safe/ possible on its wet surface. In most cases, we do not cancel for inclement weather.

While we do our best to follow our originally set season's schedule, we are flexible in catering to our coaches' needs as a courtesy for donating their time. When rescheduling games, we look for Friday night options first before asking parents and coaches to sacrifice time on Saturdays. If unavoidable, we occasionally utilize practice nights to makeup missed games.
