Slow Flow Yoga | 1 hour class connecting breath and fluid movement to improve alignment and ease of transitions from pose to pose. Each session boosts flexibility, mobility, and integrity of movement. It encourages participants to be present in their bodies, building a sense of peace.
- Ages 13-15 are invited to and Group Fit attend classes with an adult.
- Ages 16+ are invited to attend all Group Fit classes, except KrocFit, with no adult needed.
- Ages 16 are invited to attend KrocFit classes with an adult. Ages 18+ are invited to attend KrocFit, no adult needed.
- Ages 10-12 are invited to attend classes that do not require equipment as well as Les Mills CORE, SPRINT, and Slow Flow Yoga with an adult.
