Field Trips at Kroc Greenville | Slots are OPEN!

FIELD TRIP REQUESTS ARE AVAILABLE BUT LIMITED FOR SUMMER! 

We offer different packages to organization groups with 10 - 50 children.

***50% of total cost of field trip required to hold your booking***

What you will have access to:

  1. Rec Pool - 1-hour in our rec pool consists of an indoor aquatic playground, water slide, and open pool space.
  2. Outdoor Splash Pad & Playground - 1-hour on our outdoor splash pad & playground is the perfect way to finish off the fun. 
  3. Rec Pool Only - 2-hours in our rec pool consists of an indoor aquatic playground, water slide, and open pool space.

Field Trip Q&A | Frequently Asked Questions

Kroc Field Trips take place Monday - Thursday --> June, July, and August.
Available time slots:

8:00AM - 9:00AM (POOL) & 9:00am - 10:00am (SPLASH PAD)

9:15AM - 10:15AM (POOL) & 10:15am - 11:15am (SPLASH PAD)

10:30AM - 11:30AM (POOL) & 11:30am - 12:30pm (SPLASH PAD)

11:45AM - 12:45PM.(POOL) & 12:45pm - 1:45pm (SPLASH PAD)

Weekend field trips are not available as our facility is at capacity with member families, birthdays, and private rentals.  

Our recreation pool capacity is 50 people. Chaperones who will not enter the pool do not count towards this number. 

One Chaperone is required for every five children, ages 5 and under.
For every 15 children, ages 6 and older, one chaperone is required. 

Private field trips are $9 per child. 
We offer a non-profit rate of $7 per child for qualifying groups.

**Additional $3/child if choose REC POOL ONLY option**

Chaperones may participate at no cost. 

A non-refundable deposit, 50% of the projected field trip cost, is required in advance to reserve your date and time slot. 
We are unable to accept booking with less than 30-days notice. 

The remainder of your cost is due 14 days prior to your field trip date. 
We reserve the right to cancel your reservation if payments have not been made within this timeframe. 

Due to staffing and facility costs, Kroc Greenville does not typically process refunds for or reschedule field trips.

On-site Kroc staff, including Aquatics team members are unauthorized to discuss scheduling and payment conflicts. 

Yes, all children participating in Kroc Field Trips must have waivers complete and submitted in advance to enter our facility.


For safety and security, we are unable to allow anyone without a waiver to participate.
Our team will cross-check its roster to ensure this policy is upheld. 

DHEC safety regulations stipulate that our lifeguards are unable to allow anyone into the pool "until at least 30 minutes after the last lightning is sighted or thunder heard." We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause but are committed to keeping all participants safe. 

Any additional children that are added to the field trip, that were not included under the original field trip booking may incur a cost of $12 for an additional swim pass and risk being unable to swim due to overbooking of pool capacity.
