SPORTS RENTAL PROCESS

Step by Step Guide

  1. Complete your Rental Request Form.
  2. Submit a Facility Use Agreement.
  3. Confirm your rental's date(s), time(s), and pricing. 
  4. Kroc Sports builds and sends your final contract (3-5 business days).
  5. Sign your final contract and pay your deposit (35% of total rental cost). 
    • Your booking is not confirmed without a deposit. If no deposit is made within 14 days, your date will be released and contract voided. 
  6. Final payments must be made 7 business days prior to your rental date. 
    • If no final payment is made prior to your rental date, it will be released and your contract will be voided. No deposit will be refunded in this event.

Sports Rental FAQs

Your deposit holds the date of your rental.  Without a deposit, your tentative date is still available to be reserved by another renter. 

Deposits are non-refundable.  We are willing to reschedule for another available date/ time and apply paid funds as a credit towards that rental. 

Refunds are only processed if Kroc Greenville is at fault for a cancelation. Refunds will not be processed as a result of inclement weather or renter conflicts. 

Turf field and basketball gym rentals do not include equipment, but equipment rentals may be added to your contract for an additional cost. 

Sports rental payments are card only. Payments are run via debit or credit transactions on date(s) established in your rental contract. 

Kroc Sports is able to run automatic payments on the first of each month for reoccurring rentals. 

Yes, you or a designated contact from your rental group must check in at the Kroc Greenville front desk in advance of their rental timeslot.
