Float comfortably in the pool while gentle sounds and music guide you into a state of deep relaxation. No experience is needed—just come ready to unwind and enjoy a peaceful, stress-relieving experience.
Kroc is pleased to provide registrants with an individual downy mattress float. Each downy mattress float has a maximum capacity of 300 pounds and is 39 inches wide.
Sound Bath Guide
Sara Drummond has been a longtime advocate of health and wellness. She has been teaching group fitness to a wide range of age groups and fitness levels since 1998.
She is a Yoga Alliance registered teacher at the 500-hour level of education with over 1500 hours of teaching classes. She loves music and sound and in August 2024 decided to obtain a certification in Healing Bowls.
She brings the bowls into her yoga classes frequently adding a healing harmony to the exercise and meditation. She teaches at Southern Om and at Caine Halter YMCA. She also collaborates with the Cancer Survivors Park in Greenville, SC.
Two of Sara’s favorite quotes are “Do what you can, with what you have, with where you are.”-Theodore Roosevelt and 2nd Corinthians 3:5 “Not that we are competent in ourselves to claim anything for ourselves, but our competence comes from God”
