FLOATING SOUND BATH 

Friday, July 31st | 6PM -7PM

A Relaxing, Spa-style Experience for Ages 13+

Float comfortably in the pool while gentle sounds and music guide you into a state of deep relaxation. No experience is needed—just come ready to unwind and enjoy a peaceful, stress-relieving experience.  

Kroc is pleased to provide registrants with an individual downy mattress float. Each downy mattress float has a maximum capacity of 300 pounds and is 39 inches wide.

FLOATING SOUND BATH FAQs

  • Appropriate swim attire that is comfortable and made from pool-approved fabrics (required if you plan to be in the water)
  • Three towels:
  • One for neck support (optional)
  • One for warmth and comfort
  • One to dry off afterward
  • A change of clothes, just in case you get wet
  • An eye mask (strongly encouraged for deeper relaxation)
  • Let the front membership desk know that you are attending the Floating Sound Bath.
  • Make your way to the pool area.
  • We will begin assisting participants into the pool starting at 5:30 PM, so feel free to arrive anytime after then.
  • Lifeguards will be available to help you get settled onto your floating mattress.
  • If you prefer to enjoy the sound bath from the pool deck rather than the water, that option is available as well.

If you are unable to attend, please let us know as soon as possible. We have a waitlist for this event and would love the opportunity to offer your spot to someone else.
