LIFEGUARD TRAINING COURSES

Ages 15+ | 2-year American Red Cross Certifications

Lifeguard courses are taught monthly to new and re-certifying participants.

Our certified instructors lead participants through 12 hours of American Red Cross curriculum, blending courses to both certify and re-certify lifeguards. Upon completion, course participants receive CPR and AED lifeguarding certificates, good for 2 years.

After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. 4. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can contact your Kroc Center directly. 5.
